Would you rather choose an 2011 Kia Optima Sx or a 2012 Honda Civic Si Sedan?

I'm turning 17 and looking for a new car for college. I like sorta of a sporty kind of car and if anything my dad wants me to get a Honda. Which car is more reliable and better in the long run? And in your personal opinion which one do you think is better?
