A question about hemorrhoids?

Please no one be rude about this, I'm pretty embarrassed by it. I am a 15 year old girl and yesterday I was doing some at home waxing on my bikini area and I had to use a mirror to see what I was doing (this was my first time waxing btw) and on my anus I noticed a little... lump type thing. I did some research and it looks like a hemorrhoid. I had no idea I had it before... it doesn't cause any discomfort, only some OCCASIONAL itching. Also, for a while now I noticed like 4 times a month there would be a LITTLE bit of blood on the toilet paper after I wiped back there (not much at all)... I always thought it was from just excessive wiping... do I need to tell my parents about this or see a doctor? Also how many teens actually get hemorrhoids? It's already embarassing enough for me to have one, but I thought only older people got them...
