What to wear to Las Vegas clubs in August as a 20-something girl?

I'm trying to shop for an upcoming bachelorette party in Vegas and need to know how skanky is too skanky. I've never been there in summer but I know it's like 110 degrees. I've seen recent pics of girls in bandeau tops, bikini bottoms, and boots, - in clubs! Is this pretty typical in summer? Normally I'd go the minidress route but is it normal to wear even less?
