What's a good, cheap flash for my camera?

Can anyone tell me a flash that will work with my Canon Powershot SX-30 IS camera. I was told it needs to be TTL and so far all I can find are E-TTL flashes or flashes that were over $100. It would be even better if you can provide a link to buy one at. Have been looking for a couple days and can't find anything yet so hope someone can help.
