What style should I dress in? Tired of looking trashy/slutty. Makeup advice too? Please help!!!?

Well, Im 5.1( freaking short). From my experience shorts and short skirts will look great on petite. So I get plenty of them, dressy materials for clubbing and cotton ones for school. You can pair them with a sexy top or a boyfriend shirt for school. For clubbing just ad some lace or ruffles to your apparel. You can always invest your money in a pair of sexy heels and cute accessories and turn your casual outfit to a dressy outfit.
