Should I buy MW3 or an Xbox 360 gaming headset?

I heard that MW3 is practically exactly like MW2, and honestly, I wasn't a very big fan of it. I'm more of a Black Ops person. The gaming headset I'm considering is the Sharkoon X Tactic SX Headphone, which has been given 5 out of 5 stars for value, quality, and etc. I want to be absorbed in the game, however, most of my friends are going to buy MW3 when it comes out and really I won't have anyone to play Black Ops with. Your opinion is highlt valued. Thanks.
