My friend told me she cuts over facebook ?

Today on Facebook my best-est-est friend told me she cut herself and puke because her boyfriend of 4 months broke up with her and that shes cut for a long time . She knows that i have been cutting for a long time and that ill be seeing a shrink soon so I didn't think she`d be afraid to tell me . I logged into her account (we know each others passwords) and he really did break up with her yet they're relationship status never changed ? I still dont know if shes lying because she wears VERY low cut shirts and bikinis , I know she could still be cutting but it really confuses me . Thanks for any answers :]
