IS IT JUST PUPPY FAT?????????????/?

Ok im 12 and when i sit my stomach like halfs in 2 and theres like a line and i can shake it ? is it just puppy fat i keep thinking im pregnant and im getting paranoid but im not becase ive never had sx or that :) plz help?
