I'm going to look horrible for my graduation! :(?

This is bothering me so much I actually feel like bursting into tears now. For my graduation I bought a strapless dress but then BAM 3 days before graduation I'm COVERED in back and chest acne AND my face. And my mom also promised to take me to an eye doctor to get contacts, but now she refuses too "just because" im in desperate need for help!
