I'm 14 years old and I weigh 132 I'm 5-2. When I suck in my tummy it looks good on the bottom but not the top.?

Please help I want to wear a bikini one day but my dad won't let me bc I'm fat. When I suck in I can see my abbs and I want to get skinny fast! Help.
