It's not always the teenager's fault because they get preggo. so why do parents put the blame on them?

nothing is 100% foul proof so there's always a chance you cn get preggo and teens are very fertile, much more than someone is mabye 30. my friend got preggo when she was on the pill and her boyfriend used a condom. so they may pratice safe ssex AND STILL get preggo. and this is the real world teenage men are not gonna abstain from sx. they NEED sex its programmed in it.
