Im supposed to go swimming with my boyfriend tomorrow and i shaved down there but it didnt shave all the way?

so i shaved down there with shampoo and after i put lotion on, but its still stubbly. like it didnt shave out all the way. and if i wear a bikini it shows. i tried tweasing it out but the hairs are really short and they just look like dark dots. idkk what to do!/: please help
