How do I cover up a burn?!?

My Prom is tomorrow and I have a bright red burnt back! My dress is also strapless! I am in desperate need for something to cover it up as it looks horrendous. Bright red burn with bright white lines from the dress i was wearing on the day I got burnt! How can I cover it up for prom tomorrow evening?
