How to get rid of back acne FAST?

I am in a wedding in 3 days and I have a strapless dress that shows my whole back!! I need a fast way to get rid of my back acne fast please help!!!! I don't have that much money to go out and buy something maybe only $5!!! PLEASE HELP ME
